This GIRL (yes, me!) landed in Chicago—my hometown from birth to 18—on Friday and dove straight into press and events. But I had to pause and share something short and sweet.

I love what I do. I love it with my entire soul. I love bringing people together, collaborating with thought leaders, and brainstorming new IDEAS. I also love helping pave the way for the next generation of thought leaders and teaching them the ropes.

But here’s the thing—you’ve got to want it. It’s not easy. You need to dig deep and ask yourself the hard questions: why, how, and what? If you have those answers, keep moving forward!
